Been with this company a couple of weeks now and im really impressed with the service that they provide. The customer service has been good. usually there's an immediate responses from the staff when i ask them a question or help me with an issue. Sometimes they respond after a couple of hours but that's fine with me. However despite the little lateness in response the service is amazing so far i had 100% up time and when there is some down time i get a discount and a explanation why they were down. They always email any future plans at least 2 week before it happens which is quite impressive. my website loads really fast. they also include an free seo tool to get my website on google and other search engines in a couple of hours after submission. i really really recommend them to everyone that wants a website. i started with there free package now i switched to silver plan because im totally impressed by there service.
