I was shocked to see my renewal being so high, Customer support advised me of what I agreed to and I now fully understand the process. The lady i spoke with was so friendly and couldn't have been more helpful

mine was also so high.. it was about 150% higher than last year.. they said it was on terms and conditions when i was setup up the account last year. but you cant see it now. i think they are ripping people off.. i called the bank, what they said were shoking. after i had a agreement with company, for the renewal what ever the amount they send to the bank they accepting.thay havent inform me through email or anything and they shoul have do it according to the tems & conditions. too shocking. i will never recommend any to switchmedia again.
