All they want is the money. Customer service apalling. When people realise that they receive no benefits for the high prices, they will vote with their feet to companies that offer a better service at market rates. Then Streamline will start to wonder why they are having to close down.
They are a total waste of money and their technical staff are a joke. I found that using their telephone routing generally takes yyou to the same person. I wish I had checked them out on review centre before I started using them two years ago
