“Lack of support”

I have been with for 3 years on a dedicated server package. Overall the service has been reliable. 3 days, however, my dedicated server went down and it is still down, the support is not 24 hours, and when I call I get put through to an overseas call centre who keep telling me it is with the engineers.

The support I have received is terrible.
