They cut you off without warning! The first time the excuse was they had the wrong contact details which I asked them to change and they said they did but actually did not I even gave my credit card details to prevent them not being paid on time. This time they have cancelled the account without warning even though my credit card info is still in their data base. Seems they did not use the information they had on file. Don't bother to call them you end up speaking to an individual who does nothing other than ask you to write in and ask for your account to be restored when you then learn it cannot be done because they have deleted your files.
