Things will happen from time to time when someone hosts your site. Some you can guard against and some you can not. We have had a few issues while with Smart Hosting but i must say their Tech Support are quick to respond and bend over backwards to get you back up and running. Anything from email issues to hack attempts they are on top of it.
In a nutshell they are always updateing their systems and keeping on top of the latest issues. You can not fault a company that tries as hard as they do. My hats off to all of their staff.
They also try to explain what the issues is, how it might have happened and help you understand what is going on. Most techs will just say they are dealing with it and your just in a fog until it is fixed or not.

Ive moved all my business away from them..Steer clear of Smart Hosting at all costs... they are POOR!
