I moved to QuickHostUK after having issues with my previous provider failing on every count. I was amazed at the service they gave me from the start and after them failing to get a response from my old provider they went strait to the domain regulating body in the UK (didn't know there was one), not only was my issue solved within 48 hours I am now paying less a month than before. Since then my opinion hasn't changed, they have exceeded my expectations in every way and if I have failed to spot an important message from them they even went out the way to contact me on Facebook. Answers in no time even out of office hours.

I'm happy with QuickHost; my main contact there in particular is very helpful. I would like to know more about how to make the most of my site and optimise traffic, as well as the availability of templates to make the site appear less generic.

Excellent value for money. Been in touch with customer service lots about tiny little problems and they have always responded within 24 hours with clear instructions and are always polite. Web hosting and email is great especially with "catch all" emails so that I have all emails to my domain sent to me. Includes lots of install scripts for things like Wordpress and Joomla which was very useful for getting my website set up quickly. Only small thing that I don't currently have is FTP access but haven't looked into that enough to see if it's my fault or just not available on the basic package.

QuickHostUK has value for money with their basic web hosting package offer a decent amount of features for a small amount of fees. Their customer support is ways there to help you, whether its a difficult or a basic problem the support can fix anything. Although there were few issues at the beginning with the domain and server sides the tech support were quick on their feet and fix all issues within a reasonable time. I think for the price you pay, you receive an extraordinary service for a great webhost!

I have been with QuickHostUK for my hosting for some time, I have found their service reliable and efficient. The control panel they offer works well and is properly integrated with their billing system unlike that of my previous web host. My domain came up for renewal and I chose to bring that over to QuickHostUK and they have been really helpful, unfortunately the process has been made difficult every step of the way by my previous host. QuickHostUK were able to advise on my issues and after me beating the head of my previous web host in with a baseball bat, was able to start my order for a third time. I am thoroughly happy with the excellent customer service QuickHostUK provide at a reasonable price. If you want cheap, there are cheaper hosts out their but if you want honesty and reliability I would personally recommend QuickHostUK.

I have never had a quicker support from a hosting company and the pricing is fantastic for my new low budget business venture.

Support staff know the answers to my questions and the website construction tools are really handy. Staff offer quick reponses and are very proactive about service/maintenance bulletins.

I would definitely recommend QuickHostUK; Cerrie went out of his way to listen to my needs and accommodate them and I now have the makings of a polished, professional website which I can build and expand upon. Good price, my package is only 99p a month. Good control panel, easy to understand and use. Its also works on iphone so i can manage my site on the road. Would recommend :O).....
