I tried nublue with there free hosting account and fired off a few emails asking questions to see how they responded. I recieved fast responses even on a sunday evening.

On Monday i rang them to enquire about a VPS solution and was delighted to find i was talking to a UK based tech support.

All in all i now have a mid range spec vps solution for a number of sites and it works really well, i need custom modules installed and so far they have done everything i asked without so much as problem or delay.

All round the ticket system is fast and the biggest plus is being able to pick up the phone and talk to someone who treats me as a customer.
