I have absolutely no clue when it comes to computers and technical information of that sort, but using this was simple, easy and has given me great peace of mind that I won't be losing any important documents and old family photos. I've suffered in the past from that but am absolutely confident now that it won't happen again! Easy to set up, friendly support staff, and a great price to boot! Highly recommended.

just WOW didn't think i would be able to use this(not the most technical person there is !) but i have just stored 250GB of data from my laptop with complete ease! The website is easy to navigate and everything is as simple as it sounds. I have already recommended this to my friends. value for money and just a simple easy product.

This system is great, its supper easy to use, even easy enough for me, the most un 'techy' person ever, to use. Ive backed up both my computers, and i feel much happier now that i know i cant lose anything again. I chose it first for the price as it was cheaper than any other company, but now i would definitely recommend this product to anyone just because it was so painless. Who ever answered my idiotic questions too was very nice and speedy with their responses. All in all a very satisfied customer here. Well worth it!

The software was easy to setup... Simple installation flow I had a few queries before I purchased the product and all were answerd quickly! The product just works! - I have backed up over 200GB of data from my machine without any issues... I have even tested it by retrieving some random files and all wokrs perfectly! Would recomend to anyone thinking to use this.
