Not a tech head ... don't panic ... the boys & girls at 365 Support will get it sorted ! I am not a tech head ... I don't speak ftp, POP, Linux or php lingo so if you are like me you will need tech support. In my case I wanted to move my website from one host to another and due to some tech hitches I was unable to do so but the team got it sorted with one guy going beyond the call of duty and taking the time out to make sure that my website transfer was completely seamless. Of course, I had to do some work but only when pointed in the right direction by the tech teams first. Without these guys, nothing would work so my advice, just ask or call. And my advice to the tech teams ... keep up the good work .... my suggestion to make it even better ... continuity i.e. dedicate the same tech support agent to the same enquiry until it's resolved ... other than that ... brilliant ... I will not change hosting ever again !! Happy days ...

Hi, thanks for the fantastic review. We cross train our support staff to ensure they provide both excellent technical support along with first class customer care. We also actively encourage our staff to take ownership of an issue that has been reported to them and see it through to a resolution, even if they need to escalate it.
