I too requested my webhosting be migrated from France to the UK. Things did not go quite as smoothly as they might have done. I was advised of the new name server details after the migration but to cover ocassions like this my contact e-mail account is not one administered by my webhost so I knew that the migration had taken place as soon as I was informed. I changed the name server details on my domain registrar's website and everything was alright except for one of the 20 add-on sites which rather than displaying webpages recorded a 403 error page.
I am sure support would have rectified this problem but I sorted it myself by removing the add-on site on cPanel, creating a new add-on site together with new ftp account and re-uploading my pages. I did not lose any data as I had full backups/local files on my computer.
Overall JustHostMe offers a very reliable service. Uptime is good (I monitor with a monitoring service)... most downtime due to planned maintenance. JustHostMe meets all my requirements in a very cost-effective way.
