I left my previous host for a long list of complaints. The most important is the site was down more than it was up. The second was when I complained they told me it was my computer. I have over 100 writers screaming at me they can't get on because the server is acting up and "It's your computer" is all they said? Bye.

I chose this because of the reviews. I've had to call them several times in working out the migration of my old site. They are fast, friendly and know what they are talking about. And if they don't, they hunt for the answers.

Bill or tech, they are great!. One of the things that make me go with a company is great customer service. Combined with a dependable product, I bought the 2 years plan because I'm staying with them.
