After the migration to a dedicated server at hosting.co.uk we encountered some isseus with our shoppingcart. Due the rapid service and proactive support the site was quickly back online. They even gave some tips to our developers and showed us some error logs we didn’t knew about. The best thing is that they are even responding in the weekends I would recommend them to everyone. Keep up the good job!

For the first 10 months been OK but recently had several instances of non responsive servers. I have also requested support on why there TTFB and Page Load times are distinctly average and if there is anything I could do to speed these up. THey have not responded to my requests for help in this area. I am now considering moving to a company with 3x faster TTFB / page load times for broadly the same money

As a side note I have been testing one clients website with FreshSites.co.uk and can say they have been consistently faster and service requests fast and helpful. Since writing my review and reading others I have decided to to move away which means I lose £140 in the account with hosting.co.uk but my business is too important to risk.

Further update - just had a bland statement from the comp,any that doesnt help improve the service and another on the 2nd recent unresponsive server issue and they stated it was the monitoring service fault not them when I know my site took ages to load so was their issue.
I have now starter migration to FreshSites!
