Been with dream-hosting.co.uk for years .. about 6 years at a guess, the initial setup and domain transfer was seamlessly brilliant and never had any problems or reason to contact the customer service until recently when I lost the ability to send and receive emails.

The feeling of dread at having to contact customer services was soon pushed aside by a very helpful chap called Nic , after asking just a few questions he soon had the problem solved within minutes of me doing the support ticket.

I can't rate the customer service highly enough, if only all customer service was this good.

@ dream hosting, your customer service is a credit to your company .. keep it up :)
