I have been with Heart for 7 years.
During that time I have raised 19 tickets - nearly all of them asking for help on issues that were not of Heart's making - their server up-time has to be seen to be believed.
Every single ticket has been answered very quickly and thoroughly - with all but one totally fixing the problem.
I have rated every response as "Good" - their highest rating. And several times I have suggested they need a new "excellent" button!
I am sure that many hosting companies can boast near-perfect up-time on their servers.
But I bet there are virtually NONE who could even dream of competing on the Customer Support front - whether a commercial issue or a techie problem.

This review system asks me to include a comment about anything I would improve. I am absolutely stumped on this one - it's perfect already.
