“Abuse of Trust and Privacy”

The owner at Forth Hosting held to of my domains to ransom for leaving a negative review on google. He also said that since my reviews where public that he would publish my private personal wordpress posts which included sensative posts about my PTSD and trauma which I decided not to publish. I stand to lose several domains because he has disabled the domain management and locked my domains from being transferred out. I also have upset customers who can't get in to their websites and I stand to lose a lot of business. He has disabled the password reset options, changed passwords, been through private wordpress information and also trespassed on my domain Locking me out of wp-admin which now just displays forbidden access on this service when you try to access it and he has now removed the front pages of my domains and placed his own spam advert on the front. I feel venerable and like my trust has been violated I have no choice but to report his actions to ICANN and Nominet along with the ICO I would never go to forth hosting again having been with them for years

“Too bad!!!”

Can you imagine a hosting company (one man company) that decides to close a hosting account whenever he likes? Here you can find one. maybe the only one. Today, a persson lost his job because of forthhosting.

“stay away”

Stay away from this illegal hosting provider. I ve been with them for a while. Today their servers went down for a reason. I asked them what happened and when the servers will be up again, and they cancel my account without any previous notice. We didnt even have time to backup. Our companmy's lawyers team is now working on lawsuit and damages payment.

I forgott to mention that they "refunded me" to a wrong paypal address. That means they didnt even refund me.

This person didn't even use our support ticket system for help but chose facebook.to make allegations that our servers were down.

We operate on CLOUD platform which makes this impossible

DEAR GRANPA, A COMPANY'S WEBSITE IS OWNED BY THE COMPANY ITSELF, AND NOONE CAN STEAL OR REMOVE IT FROM THE SERVER,NOT EVEN THE HOSTING COMPANY, UNLESS THE CONTENT IS ILLEGAL.
YOU WILL SOON HAVE TO FACE THE LAW, AND THEN EXPLAIN WHY YOU STOLE A COMPANY'S PROPERTY, JUST BECAUSE YOU FOUND THE WEBMASTER RUDE.
Again, the problem was never that the server was down. I JUST ASKED, because the master domain of yours was also DOWN, if something big was wrong!!!
I know better than you about cloud hosting. Now i also know about cloud brains..

The webhosting website forthhosting.co.uk was DOWN, SO THE SUPPORT SYSTEM DIDNT WORK. The support system is only a support email,by the way.
I sent an email but it CAME BACK immediately!!!!
So i had to find them in facebook to ASK WHAT WAS GOING ON?
Can you imagine your businness WITHOUT EMAILS? We were in panic.
And what is so wrong,asking something is facebook?
Close the company and go home.
Dont destroy more people...

I have been using forth hosting now for a number of years. I have a few websites with them and the service has always been fantastic. Any times I have had questions they have been answered promptly and in a proffesional manner. When I first signed up with Forth I had been badly let down by another host. Forth Hosting went beyond the call of duty to help me sort everything out. I wouldn't use another host. Forth Hosting are the dogs doo dahs.

I have been usung this hosting site now for a few years and it is excellent. I have several websites with them and have recomended it to several of my friends. The owner is on top of what happens constantly, I cannot believe that he takes personal responsibilty for the daily operating procedures and answers any queries quickly and efficiently. There are a few down times with them but extremely far and few between, as far as I am concerned you could not ask for a more reliable or well priced hosting service.

“Terrible service”

Have a site, or should I say had a site hosted with them, www.retrogamesandfilms.com, and they just took the site down without notice for exceeding bandwidth which is stated on their website as being unlimited. There was no warning email explaining what to do, just took the site down and then emailed me to say that the site has been disabled. Tried to go into the admin side of the site to do a backup and all the files had been deleted so couldn't even do that. Shockingly bad service in my opinion so stay clear.

Well, I cannot understand why you write this when your site is still hosted by us 10 months later and I have never heard a complaint from you.

I sincerely hope you are thinking of another host, if not let me know, we keep backups of every client's web sites.

A short email always receives a courteous and hopefully helpful response.

Yes I am still with you 10 months on, still getting the alternative arrangements sorted out. If i've paid for something I may as well get the use out of it while investigating other companies. Your servers are still quite bad, this past weekend is a proof of point with problems apart from other times that the service can just drop out.

And if you say you never had a complaint from me then then sorry, what was the telephone conversation we had with the original complaint that was about half an hour long.

I still stand by what I have originally said, if you want absolute reliability this is not the way to go. I would say in my experience that we have had about 85-90% uptime. Things do seem to be getting better but rather slowly.

Also the line that says 'I sincerely hope you are thinking of another host', great customer service there. If this is the way you treat your customers hoping they go elsewhere rather that helping them then it's a miracle you are still up and running.

“Don't Bother with ForthHosting”

They Deleted all my Website Data and all I was left with was a blank folder. The owner Told me it wasn't his fault and then went on to make fun of me and call me vulgar names. Would not recommend to anyone. Go somewhere else, seriously.
