They don't care about you, your business, only about overcharging you for an inadequate & appalling below par service. I lost count how many times I had to call them when services fell over; final straw came when they shut my site down completely despite being assured it wouldn't - my entire online magazine & email disappeared on the biggest business day of the year. And apparently you can't downgrade, shut down unwanted services - no solutions or problem solving - only utter rudeness & threats. They wouldn't know customer service if it bit them in the face. I now have debt collecting sharks after me. On the bright side, I have a fantastic new hosting company who are charging me a quarter of what Fasthosts did for a far superior product & service.
