We decided to try Fasthosts on a non-profit website, a small forum, not many visitors. As soon as we uploaded it to them the site would not work. We contacted support who stated it was a Faasthosts issue and fixed it. Then it went down again, a different issue, fixed again, then it went down again, only the third time all night. In total we had about 12 hours downtime. Fasthosts were unable to fix it. So we moved the site elsewhere and it worked PERFECTLY so we do not think it a website issue. Fasthosts will not offer a refund and state we are still in a 12 month contract.
I would never use Fasthosts again after such appalling customer service. For the sake of £30 they prefer to lose my custom. I spend more than £30 per year on other services, I will be cancelling these now.
