When you phone Easyspace, they will keep your holding for at least 30 min, by the time when you reach the domain name support team, they are not very helpfully and never can give your right answer for it.

Sorry to read your recent experience with Easyspace has been unsatisfactory.
We do apologise for prolonged waiting in queues during busy periods. Support tickets can be raised via user control panel. Tickets are usually picked up in a couple of minutes although during busy periods we aim to respond within 24 hours.
Please email [email protected] referencing any unsatisfactory support case and we ill investigate immediately.
