The problem with technology these days is the way that when you have a problem with your phone or computer your whole world has a tendency of falling apart!

My emails suddenly stopped coming through on my iPhone while I was in France on Tuesday. On my return Teddy from Easily Support talked me through each page in settings on my phone to find a tick had been unchecked deep within the settings (I certainly had not done it) By re-checking that tick, about 250 emails from the past three days poured in. The relief in seeing them download was palpable ... however sad that might seem!! Thanks Teddy. You have made my day.
