“Great customer service”

I am a freelance journalist and one of the companies I work with could not send me emails. They kept getting bounce back messages and I was losing work – not a good situation in these cash strapped times. I contacted Easily and they identified the problem. It turned out that I was on an email blacklist - no idea why but hey that's technology for you. Now I am whitelisted and very happy. Thank you, Aurelio.
