Like other reviewers I felt the need to say that I've used easily for over 10 years and never had a problem at all.

Their customer support support has always been quick and helpful, and although they are maybe not the best value for money and the control panel is overly simple, I havn't considered going elsewhere ever as I've never had a problem with anything.

You are very very lucky!!!! You just need to read the other reviews to see that you are in the minority.

An email to tell me my website was up and running (which it was NOT) came from an email address. Who, may I ask is that? As far as I know 'nobody' is a person that does not exist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It stated the server error had been resolved (after 7 days????) Guess what - 9th day and still not working - no one has contacted me - but then you would not expect a reply from someone whose email address was nobody at benefit would you?

Is there really anybody there? Appalling , poor quality service, and an email reply from 'Nobody' What more can I say. Not wasting my time now just moving on from a shoddy, poorly operated outfit who are undeserving of loyalty or any more of my hard earned cash! I'm off finding a company that cares about its customers and will host my website with professionalism and a customer care department that actually cares!
