Excellent service!

There have been a few instances where I have needed to contact DomainMonster customer support-- and whether I am talking to them on the phone or communicating via email, I am always extremely satisfied with the level of service that they provide. The main points are that they respond in a timely fashion, are always friendly and polite, and most importantly- will stick with you until they have resolved your issue.

Most recently, I was corresponding with one guy. His response to my query wasn't exactly what I needed, so I wrote back. He then consulted with his colleagues and someone else came back to me with a solution that worked. I appreciate that they didn't make me feel like an idiot, and that they were concerned enough about my issue to take the time to collaborate and come up with the right solution.

I highly recommend this hosting company, and I would like to thank their service team for always being awesome.
