I am definately not a "techy" in any way and can honestly say I have been fumbling my way around with my website. Each time I have requested help either through live chat (mainly) or e-mail, the help has been excellent. A couple of times I have contacted for advice when they have actually fixed it themselves without me asking!! I cannot fault Dataflame in any way. They deserve an award just for dealing with my constant queries. The ONLY constructive criticism would be the fact that their talk is quite technical and if your not technical then it creates a headache. Saying that, I decided to create the website so I guess I have to learn.
