I used the live chat function of Data Flame having yesterday purchased a domain name and hosting.

I know a bit about computers but by no means am i technical.

I input all the settings via the outline suggested by them for pop3 and smtp. I had a very helpful service from two persons on two occasions who first rectified the webmail options for outgoing e-mails and then helped with the settings for my virus scanner in order to allow my e-mail client to work correctly.

Also i have used the control panel which is very simple to use for idiots like me.

FYI i am 27 and haven't made a website since I was about 15. I have never administered an IT system and I am glad I made the decision to go with this company.
