I have been using Cloud Next for quite a few years to host a handful of small websites. It is fair to say I'm not very teckie, so the times I have to fall on their support team could be considered frequent. However, their level of support remains extremely fast and frankly astonishing. The most recent incident was clearly user error and as it turned out was a third party problem, however, within a few minutes I had a response explaining what the problem was and where I could find a fix. What was astonishing was that they had looked into my admin files, identified the problem and then fixed it. Brilliant, thanks as always to Cloud Next.

I had an issue using SSL with my iPhone, not a CN issue but they had a solution for me within in a minute, I was shocked to not only get an answer so quick, but a working solution that worked immediately. Definitely recommended to anyone that values Customer Service!

Customer service says a lot about a company, and Cloud Next are brilliant. No matter how many queries they always respond quickly and are always helpful no matter how daft the question. I've had no issues at all and I'm really happy with them :-)

migrating sites to new server, always with en-trepidation. most sites went without any problems but then two sites went wrong. I opened a support ticket to Cloud Next and within a very reasonable time it was job done. Thank you to Cloud Next and there engineers and there support team for a job well done. After an update by Cloudnext, my website was unobtainable. Being rather old (83) I needed clear instructions in order to get my website up and running again. The support given by the team was second to none. They have great patience and are really helpful. You ask a question and the response is remarkably fast. I cannot fault this team and I take my hat off to a company that employs such devoted staff.

I migrated my reseller hosting and domain names over to Cloudnext many years ago as I was looking for a service that provided everything that I need from a hosting reseller account. Nothing but 5* products and support service from these guys. Keep up the faultless service!

If I ever run into problems with my websites (normally they run faultlessly), Cloud Next responds immediately to the fault tickets I raise. Most recently today, when a WP blog I run within a Rapid Weaver created website wouldn't load after an update of the WP module. I raised the ticket at 12:57, and at 13:03 I received a reply that Gloud Next had found that an additional .htaccess file was causing a problem, so it had been renamed. I did a quick check and found that the blog loaded again just like it should. So, within six minutes I raceived both a reply and a fix! That's service!

Their techie support is the fastest and best I've experienced anywhere. No waiting around for a day and then dealing with delaying tactics with these guys.

I have 7 sites hosted with CloudNext and the guys have always been very helpful and super quick to reply. Recently I ran into a few problems when transferring another website to them but we managed to sort it all out in the end thanks to the support guys' patience. Would happily recommend to anyone who's looking for a reliable, friendly and supportive host.

Web and email hosting is a complicated business and sometimes stuff goes wrong or you don't know how to proceed. This is particularly true when you are migrating websites or email to a new host. Every time I have contacted CloudNext for support I have got back a cogent, literate and thoughtful response within 10 minutes ! Usually they sort the problem out within the hour. The only real differential between web hosters these days is support and price. CloudNext's prices are keen, particularly if you have more than one domain with them and their UK based support is just outstanding.

Brilliant company to use! They helped move my website from my old hosting company for free! My old company had some problems but as soon as my website was moved it started working better, I could not recommend them enough.

I am not particularly savvy when it comes to websites and certainly not when it comes to domains, mapping, hosting etc. Cloudnext guided me through it and even when I still couldnt do it or understand what I was supposed to do they sorted it all out for me. Well done !

I now have 3 sites hosted with Cloud Next. I recently bought new design software and was struggling to use the Ftp on the software. Technical support where very patient, replying very promptly till late in the evening. It was my mistake I hadn't noticed the reveal password on the hosting panel was different to the hosting panel login password Doh !!! But they didn't patronise me and where very helpful. I wish I had contacted them sooner. Thank you.

I've been with Cloud Next since 2010 as a reseller. Excellent value for money and service. Don't be put off by there being no 'phone support — their ticket system is first rate. Highly recommended.
