… on 11 July 2018. Fixed now but if I hadn't spotted the issue myself I'd not even know there'd been a problem. Were they hoping nobody would notice? Is that why, 10 hours after recovery, no email explanation or apology? I've got other web sites at other (cheaper) hosts delivering better support. For this site I was happy to pay a significant premium for what I'd understood to be a better service.
