I've not been with them long. I bought a domain and some storage few days ago. I had some issues with the email forwarding so I sent a request for their support team to contact me. One of their support team members emailed me withint 20mins, we had a short exhange of emails where he tested the system and had the whole thing resolved in about 30 mins. That was i called great support.

Been with bix2 for 3 months now and am very happy with the service level. I host about 15 sites so far and growing, no problem to tough for these guys, always reply to any problems I have very quickly. Others: Iphone monitor/manager apps

“Good services, and price”

I've been using them services for halfyear and they've always delivered great services. Very good client gate, with awsome console, from any browser, and they have also server observer application for smartphones (IOS,Android). I cuold choose from 6 preisntalled operation system for free. (win server2008 license have some extra charge) English phone support is OK, email support is better and really quick.
