I have bought a shared plan with dedicated IP, SSSD disks addon and European connectivity. A disaster! The server is over over crowded: plenty of times I get an error that there was no space on the disk any more (my website is around 150MB!). After 5 months struggling with my email deliverability problems I found that their thss2 SMTP server is classified as spam and automatically blocked by Gmail and Microsoft which completely reject the emails coming form that server (not even junk email... directly rejected). They promised me to migrate to another server but it never happened. Their response time, despite the fact that they claim ultra fast response thanks to the SSD disks, can vary from an acceptable 1.6 sec to a crazy 4 seconds dusring European peak hours (tracked professionally with Pingdom). To receive an answer to a ticket even 36 hours (and 70% of the time they answer what they like to answer instead of addressing properly the issue). In 5 month with them I had to open 20 issues.... in 6 years with hostgator 2 issues! Stay away!

I fully agree with this review!
Stay away from A2Hosting.
NO Support during the whole weekend - I am waiting for a reply from their Support team now for 62 Hours(!!)

Everything is true, I can confirm that on many occasions the server takes at least 4 seconds to respond to the web start charging. Then the story of ultra-fast SSD is a joke...

Because they do overselling. I speak of their servers in the USA, but it seems they do the same everywhere. I am looking for a reputable company to migrate as soon as possible.
