I have used 1 and 1 for 2+years, every year I have an issue. This year, my business has not been able to send emails, EVERY email bounces back.
I am without email for 3 days, I have made multiple calls to their call centres, sent multiple emails to their support team with copies of bounce backs - I have received no call, no response (except the automated one) and 3 days in, my emails still do not work.
One occasion I called in, spoke with Brad, he said he couldn't tell me when it might get resolved, he couldn't pass me on to someone who could advise me, and he didn't have a manager available. What he could do was to try to get me to call another number - pass the buck..
