We currently have a professional web hosting package with 123 Reg. We have been with them for less than two months now and we are already looking to leave if we don't receive service we deserve. Very often we can't log in to amend our website and many times the website doesn't even load. We had the site upload tested when it actually works and it's 2-7 seconds.

We can only submit those silly tickets which mean nothing. 123 Reg always comes back with the solution which basically says that it's something we have done or have to do. Similar to 'teflon', nothing sticks on them.

We are seriously thinking of leaving as website is our only place to sell at the moment.
