I purchased an SSL certificate for my website but later found out my ISP hosting does not support hosting my own SSL cert. I contacted 123-reg.co.uk via their live chat to ask if it was possible to revoke the certificate and have a refund and they responded immediately and processed the refund. The service was excellent and would highly recommend 123-reg.co.uk.
