After trying for hours to transfer my domain away from Google Apps / GoDaddy, I logged onto 123-reg's live chat to help solve my frustrations, and was met by an impressive display of customer service. The representative (Petru) was polite, informative and a joy to deal with. Many companies could learn a thing or two about customer service from this delightfully helpful individual!

My issue was resolved promptly and professionally, and further reaffirmed my decision to use 123-reg as the company to use to consolidate all my domains.
