I renewed a web hosting package online having received the expiry prompt. 10 days after the payment clearing the dashboard still said it required renewal. I logged on to my account and accessed the the online chat/support function. I was asked some very sensible questions, provided the information requested and within 5 minutes the payment was confirmed and my account was instantly updated. The service was quick, courteous and knowledgeable. Couldn;t really ask for more form the service.
