I've just had a chat with Marian in live support. She was really helpful, not only did she know what to do she did it for me and took away the stress - now that's real support!
The problem is though is that it's not very easy cancelling domains, emails and whois privacy when they're not needed anymore. I had to open help sheets and follow step by step instructions and even then I wasn't confident I'd cancelled properly as I received reminder emails to auto-renew, which is why I resorted to using live support. It would be easier if everything relating to a domain was in the same place with a cancel button as well as an auto-renew and manual renew option.
To end on a positive note, I love the webpage I've been able to create for the domain which I do use - it's really easy and effective!
