We bought a bungalow recently in a very hard water area and are in process of complete refurbishment - new boiler, pipe runs, radiators, bathroom, shower, etc. We decided to install Kinetico Water Softeners since they had an excellent reputation and we talked to their rep at one of the Grand Designs Exhibitions. Hawker Softeners Ltd of Tiptree, Colchester, installed the softener for us in a day. The water pipe runs were not straight forward, but Hawker made a very neat job of the whole installation. We have been using the unit for a few months now and are more than pleased - not only do we believe our water systems will last longer and be more efficient, but also the softened water is a real luxury - great for washing our clothes, kind to our skin and hair - better all round. Thanks Hawker Softeners for a great result.
