This Philip Persio Submariner watch is a true miracle, it's as nice as my Rolex and it keeps better time. Thank goodness for this watch for scuba divers, it's a true blessing of a watch.

Go on ebay and you'll find lots of dealers pushing Philip Persio diver style watches as some sort of miracle bargain - retail value of $195 for only 8.99! Actually, they're great watches for that price. Along with Submariner styling, you get a Japanese quartz movement that's dead on. My nine dollar watch hasn't lost a second in a week. You also get a quick change date, screw on back and stainless steel band. Sure, you can watch the mercedes copy hands stutter as the cheap quartz movement ticks and the nickel or chrome plated case shows machining marks but it's still (at least from a distance) Rolex style bling bling for a Goodwill calibre sting on the wallet.

Where do you buy this watch for $8.95? The cheapest I can find it on ebay is $14.95 + $12.00 postage (to Australia)
