“The worst washine machine I have ever owned”

My main complaint about this washing machine is that it washes badly. It has damaged a lot of my clothes (has literally produced holes in them) and has given a bobbled and worn look to many softer items, even when washed on a delicates cycle. The filter is almost non-existent and very badly designed. When you open the filter to clean it there is nowhere for the water to drain into because the filter is too close to the ground level. My clothes do not come out of the machine looking clean, particularly white towels. I long for my previous machine, a Zanussi, which was world's apart in performance and design and worked beautifully for over 15 years.

I also found the exact same problem with this machine. Could I ask what detergent you use, wondering if we use the same and could be something to do with that? I hate looking at all my ruined clothes!

I agree totally
Bought this machine recently and it does NOT rinse the clothes properly

Thye dry hard and are full of soap
I have ahd to wash towels particularly again with no soap obviously to try and get the soap washed out of them
I also had a Zanussi for 10years and never had a problem

The Bosch is going back
