LG WD12317RDK Inverter Direct Drive 8/4kg - Washer Dryer The After a wash cycle my clothes would often come out dirty. After a dry cycle they would be crushed which is very different to my experience of my old washer dryer where I often didn't have to iron things like wool or cotton. The dry cycle also seemed to steam clothes and they would end up being shrunken in size or damaged. Worst of all the dry cycle often left the clothing wetter than after a spin so I could not trust it to do a rapid dry. Cycles were over long and I didn't know how to override this. This machine was suffering from intermittent failure issues and worst of all did not perform the function it was designed to carry out, i.e. wash and dry my clothes. After 3 engineer visits, lots and lots of stress, 25 months later LG finally agreed to uplift this product and I have gone to a brand I know, love and trust. My advice is don’t get sucked in by external design and high pricing, stick to a brand known for making the product.
