Seven Seas Health Oils Radiant You

For years I always taken multi-vitamin supplements but never supplements specifically for hair, skin and nails. As a teenager I suffered from creeky knee joints and I took the pure cod liver oil supplements which relieved this and haven't used them since (I'm 35yrs now). For the last years I had noticed that I had dry facial skin, particularly around my forehead, under my nose and around my mouth. I used various moisturisers and cleansers which only solved the problem temporarily. More recently in May of this year my skin became so dry and flaky, not even using Bio Oil helped. My hair and nails were in a pretty poor state also. I'm of black caribbean origin, so my hair is afro. I chemically straighten (relax) my hair about once or twice a year and in between I use a hot comb to straighten out my hair. As a result I suffered hair breakage, excessive hair shedding and split ends and my hair would never grow. My nails would be brittle, split and peel. So in May I trimmed my split ends, cut down my nails and decided to begin taking the Seven Seas Health Oils - Radiant You from the start of July. Before starting the supplements I made a brief note of the current condition of my hair, skin and nails to see if there would be any improvements after a few months as like with all supplements it takes a few months of use to notice any difference. I've been taking these supplements since July I've noticed that the condition of my facial skin has improved. It's not as dry, flakiness has virtually diminished and recently noticed my complexion has a bit of a glow. My nails are slightly thicker and more resilient, growing to half an inch in length, very little peeling, two of my nails had split at the tip, but was easily filed off. But the biggest improvement was in my hair. I last trimmed my hair in May and have suffered no split ends or hair breakage. I had some hair shedding, but that's normal apparently as you shed about 100 hairs a day. My hair is alot softer and smoother too, but that is due to the fact that since August I have been applying a hot oil treatment mixture of pure coconut, avocado and olive oil to my hair prior to shampooing and I also threw away all my hair products that contained mineral oil, petroleum or liquid paraffin as that stuff does more harm than good for any hair type.

Just a few days ago I saw a little more hair growth around the front part of my hairline. Plus my hair has grown which made my day!! My hair at the front has grown an inch and an inch and half at the back. It may not seem like much to some people, but it's a big deal to me. Every little helps as they say! And if this growth continues I'll be one happy lady!! I'm not seeking super long hair and I'm not expecting it to be. But just a few inches longer, will do me fine. It's just amazing after a few months of changing the products I used in my hair and replacing them with more natural products, taking Seven Seas Health Oils - Radiant You capsules and increasing my intake of water has made a difference to my hair, skin and nails.
