After 2 months during which the customer service kept on asking me to wait for the delivery (due to problems with the customs, the couriers, etc etc), they finally admitted that the parcel got lost. Then I asked for a refund, but they said that the kind of shipment I choose does not include a refund. So I paid 20 pounds to get nothing. This is the first time for me that the vendor does not take its responsibilities for the shipment service.

Without realising it, this company's website leads you to believe you're ordering from the UK - but you're not. This means that, although you're paying in sterling, when you get to the checkout you will be paying a lot for shipping (£7.26 on an order worth only £16.70). Worst of all, when the order arrives in this country you are liable for customs charges (£12.81 on this same order!). If you try and contact the company, their answer is basically "Hard luck, not our problem" and that's it. As you've (unwittingly) ordered from a company outside the UK, you don't have any real comeback under UK law. I've refused the order so I can't comment on the quality of the items but, given the tricky way the website leads you into believing you're ordering within the UK and the appalling customer service, I wouldn't be at all sure that the quality is trustworthy. Definitely best avoided.
