We Purcahsed a Vw at BCA with an Assured Warranty which clearly mentions what has been tested and and what the results were.We had the car delivered to us the next day and was warned by the driver that there was a problem with the brakes,we then had the car looked at the garage who found that the Caliper was Seized and would require a new one costing us £578 + vat,We then called BCA assured warranty as the report says Brakes OK they advised this wasn't covered as the car STOPS!!!
The garage have advised us that the car is dangerous to drive as the wheel is locking up,
We will be contacting AA as they are in partnership with BCA to see what they have to say.
