“Unhappy customer”

Six weeks ago I bought a car costing in excess of £40k, paid for it up-front and paid for and arranged a car transporter to bring the vehicle to Northern Ireland. It turned out to be diesel (not petrol) so had to go back. The car was only picked up last week. To make matters worse, I'm still waiting on my refund.
Hardly acceptable customer service!!
