I only ordered the one report, but since it is priced so reasonable and I received the necessary information I would purchase their other services if I needed them sometime in the future. my report gave me the same information as Carfax reports that I have purchased in the past for way cheaper! An added perk was that they also included detailed information on the make of the car. (All the specifications and such information.) Make sure that you are ordering the product or service you want when you sign with your email. If you do not pay attention you could accidentally order the longer access if you were only looking to purchase the one report. Nothing is hidden so just be sure to order cautiously. Overall I am pleased!

This report was by far the most comprehensive I've ever found! Yeah, it's a long document (28 pages), but it covers everything imaginable. The only thing it left out was the color of the socks the writer was wearing.

I was really skeptical about purchasing my new used vehicle but after using them and seeing everything that they checked for me it made me feel a lot better. even saved us a lot of money on purchasing a vehicle that we thought had been wrecked and they swore at the lot it hadent according to there fact reports, but with vehicle history report we found that our suspicions were right it had in fact been wrecked and quite heavily damaged and then repaired... so yes this is an awesome sight if you are buying a new used vehicle.

Now we all know that the other sites are waaay overpriced. For $1, I found out most of what I wanted/needed to know, and, as a bonus, the guy who's selling the car wasn't lying to me. Everything he told me matched up with the report! Very easy to navigate the site and the report couldn't be more clear. I will most definitely send family/friends to this site...now, I only hope I wasn't charged any hidden fees. If, in face that does happen I will come back here and scream it :)

It didn't have much for it, but did have 2 entries, one from way back in 1995. Other sites either had no info or they would not even let you try to look it up since old cars before 1980 the VIN doesn't have 17 characters. For price would recommend it to anyone. I am sure on newer vehicles it would have more info - things like lien status where it looks through all states for outstanding liens is nice.

I was satisfied with the service I received from RecordAccount.com. It was through and gave lots of information. There were two sections that requested additional funds for other services, if they were not read completely I could have easily been charged more money than I have available for extra expenditures. The additional chat service is a plus for great customer service and follow-through on determining additional needs of the customer. I appreciate that extra feature. I would recommend this service to anyone interested in purchasing a used car. It is well worth the time and small processing fee. I came across another service, while using the Kelly Blue Book app, that did not provide as much information but charged much more. This site was easy to navigate and explanined everything well in detail. For someone who is not up to fate with car lingo it really made me feel as if i understood eveything. Also at $1 you can not bet that price. Many of these other complanies say they are free but actually cost $39.99 and up. What a rip! I also like that the site offered me a case manager off top just incase things did not go right. It really made me feel as if I had someone by myside guiding me to the succesfull background check I was looking for. All in all i would definitely recommed this site to anyone who wants or needs to take a look into a car that they car thinking of buying or have recently purchased. In addition to the site offering a detailed history they also offer kelly blue book as well as other car pricing. I thought this was a great way to also check and make sure you are not being ripped off.

As the original owner of my 2000 car, I wanted to research my car to show prospective buyers...I know EVERYTHING about this car, and have kept it well maintained. Report is very generic/general and does not contain all of the information. In certain areas, it just says "N/A", and I know clearly this isn't the case. I also don't appreciate the trickery for $180, and for this reason, thankful to the folks who included this in the previous review. Currently, I tells me the report is "generating the full history report" and to wait 3 minutes....this never stops, and I have been waiting over 20 minutes now. When I try to re-login, I cannot get to any sort of LOGIN page. I can't reach the representative or obtain any help... I guess you get what you pay for ($1)
