NO Customer Service

I was bought a Vax Mini Air Pet vacc for Xmas. It works well with planty of power and the pet hair turbo attachment is good. However, the hose kinks all the while cutting off suction and care is needed when removing the dirt box as the filter cover can become detached and the dirt box can fall away if not held with two hands.
My biggest criticism is the TOTAL LACK of Customer Service. Part of the wheel assembly snapped and I emailed Customer Service on several occasions. Nobody bothered to read my message properly and sent me spare parts that I didn't require or need. Following a more 'forceful' email I later found a recorded massage on my house phone inviting me to ring an 0844 number. Despite numerous calls on a daily basis, after NO ONE answered, I sent yet another email via a Vax manager I was aquanted with who duly forwarded the email to Customer services - that was on 22.1.14. Today is 31.1.14 and I still have had no contact with Vax.
Vax Customer Service is USELESS..........................
