I can't tell people enough, STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THEM… I was in Oten and although not fantastic I would go back to them in a second or wait even with delays they have then go to Open Colleges… they are like car salesman, credit collectors etc, SELL, SELL, SELL…. I don't want to say this to quickly because I think I have got out in time, within the first couple of days in the seven day cooling off period… but they are about business, business, business… I think I may even report them to the ombudsman and department fair trading extra…very, very dodgy…… they are very conniving and conning and promise things they shouldn't…lucky I discovered this quickly…and this had nothing to do with the learning material, thank god didn't even get to that… I don't need anyone to help me with study, so that wasn't the issue…. Just stay away

Hi did you successfully get a full refund as you cancelled during the cooling off period? I am just wondering as I am in the process of cancelling during the cooling off period and am concerned I may not get my money back.
