Buyer Beware!! The scanner I bought did not work when I received it. The company ignored all of my e mails, and there is no phone number available.

The guy has a YouTube channel called Scan Tool Network and an older YouTube Channel called CastrolzAuto,and he use both channels to sell his equipment, although he doesn't show his face on his scan tool network videos.. Its him though. Can't mistake the voice!! Just recently discovered another YouTube channel. TPN TV, and never ever any replies on any of them!! This man has no shame.

No answers on so many e mails. Paid £259 for iCarsoft Cr Pro, and after weeks of waiting sent me a far cheaper item, which was selling at over a £100 less. Quite a while ago now, but just recently found this site.

The man is a complete and utter Bounder, and I would advise all to stay well away. PS. Pointless trying (via his YT channels) to let others know of all the shenanigans, because a delete and block activation will come straight into force, which probably accounts for minimal to zero comments on both of his channels.

Both Same Company, although the latter is more commonly used.. Advertises mainly ICARSOFT and AUTEL scan tools on his YouTube channel, which is called "Scan Tool Network"...With production of over a thousand videos, and mostly plugging scan tools that are selling either through amazon UK, (Chinese Seller) or through his own Company "Diagnostic World"..Included in these videos are strategically placed business cards, showing his Company name,and all conveniently placed, which of course adds volume to the sales pitch!!

Sadly his video enthusiasm is most definitely lacking, when it comes to the after sales service!!. When things do go wrong,communication can only be made through his business e mail, whereby, you very rarely get a reply, especially when requesting a refund on faulty goods.. The question has been asked on numerous occasions, namely, "Why has no contact tel Number been provided" Sadly those questions have been quickly deleted from the comments section of his "Scan Tool Network" YouTube channel... With regard to any sort of backup,and "IF" you do happen to get a reply, his answer is always to contact the manufacturer, which in itself is a completely unwarranted suggestion... In short, Your contract is with the shop. You do not have a contract with the manufacturer. If the item is faulty, then you will have your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 against the retailer. This unfortunately, seems to have slipped his mind, hence the deletion of numerous comments on the subject, which WERE published, but now, nowhere to be seen. Once again, in the comment sections of his YouTube videos!!

In fact the lack of comments, of any description, is really quite pronounced.

In regard to whether his sales are associated with or without, full backing from the manufacturer remains to be seen, mainly because, money sent, is to be posted (see Delivery, payment & contact) to the registered office address, which in actual fact, is a semi detached house in Whickham, Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Should you need to correspond with or return goods (which will be of inferior quality) to this company you will definitely be out of luck.They do not have any form of telephone communication, they do reply to messages sent via their online email form or the email address they use to confirm your initial order.They do not reply to letters sent via Royal Mail to their "business address" which,if you check it on Google Street View, turns out to be a small nondescript semi detached domestic house in Newcastle. In short they will have no dealings whatsoever with you once they have your money

They are a ROGUE COMPANY with zero customer service and i sincerely hope you are reading this review prior to making any purchase (unlike myself)because you will regret buying anything from them.For your own sake BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Bought a heater fan control unit from BD in July - it failed in November (while the heater fan was off - suddenly went full speed). I contacted by email and via their website to request an exchange unit or repair - no reply.

Thought of pursuing via small claims court, but not worth the hassle. Bought another unit from another supplier - looks identical and less than half the price.

In the name of fairness - original item was delivered promptly.

Wished I'd read these reviews before dealing with them.

I bought 2 ABS wheel speed sensors and both threw up other problems- frequent loss of auto gear change, loss of cruise control and awful ABS braking which crunched and kicked back terribly- non of these things were a problem before fitting these new ones

DO NOT BUY CHEAP ABS SENSORS !

must use good OEM equivalent or actual parts BMW fit

Ordered a pair of front brake pad wear sensors for an e92 as it stats that most orders are delivered within a few days and when they didn't arrive contacted them 3 times and was ignored so ended up having to open disputes with paypal etc so that i could get my money back, i missed an mot date which cost me more time and money and not even an apology or any effort made to get the parts to me, they totally left my high and dry. My advice would be if you can buy your parts elsewhere then do it otherwise make sure you have a plan b because who knows what the outcome will be with bavarian dominator

Ordered three sensors online from this company for my BMW E46 as part of a preventative maintenance project. Camshaft intake / exhaust and crankshaft.

Nothing wrong with the old sensors on the car. Just thought I would renew them. That's what PM is all about. A couple of weeks after doing the job the new camshaft exhaust sensor throws a P018 fault code that wouldn't go away. So took it off and put the old one back on. Fault code goes away. Contacted BD to ask them what the protocol is for dealing with faulty components. They suggested that I hadn't ordered the right part. So I sent them a link to RealOEM.com spec page for my car's VIN number along with a link to the part on their website with the same OEM ID that I ordered. I also sent them the details for the part that was referenced in their order confirmation email. They all match up. But that doesn't mean they didn't pick up the wrong component and stick that in the box. There is no way of knowing that because there is no identifying info on the parts, unlike OEM parts. Anyway, this was ignored. They then suggested that I might have put them on the wrong way round which, frankly, is not just offensive but when you look at the parts it is obvious they are not interchangeable in any way shape or form. I pointed this lack of interchangeability out to them in a return email. So the next request is for me to send the faulty component back so that their "engineers can test it". Yeah. Right. You know what? I just decided that I couldn't be ar5ed dealing with these people. At the end of the day we are talking about a £22 component. Its not the Crown Jewels. I could take the time to deal with all this resistance and get them to replace their dodgy sensor as a matter of principle. But what if the intake one packs up next week? Or the crankshaft sensor packs up next week? Do I really want to deal this again? Not really. The upshot is I have no faith in the reliability of their product and the whole point of preventative maintenance is peace of mind. I wouldn't have that if I left their components on my car. So I have been out and bought the three sensors again from my regular motor factors which I should have done in the first place. I have been with them for decades and never had a problem with anything I have bought and if I ever did I know I could take it back and I wouldn't have to deal with the third degree. They wouldn't assume I was trying to pull a fast one on them from the get go. The total order with BD was £67.00. I have written that off as a bad experience. I would not buy from this supplier again and I would recommend you don't either.

After a very long wait I received a box with missing parts in it, the biggest mistake in my life, terrible servis !!
