I purchased a suit which ended up costing upwards of $300. I got measurements professionally done and had them follow exactly to specifications. The suit came and it was skin tight, buckled strangely in front and could barely breath in it. I was really letdown and proceeded to contact the company, have sent 5 emails, received auto-response confirmations but never once received a reply. My emails were calm, respectful, and emphasized that I was willing to make a compromise. Worst experience with retail ever.

I had my credit card company dispute the charge with this company as I could not get them to refund me. They did email me responses offering to make me MORE pants for 30% off. They always ended with "we hope you will cooperate with us." I was refunded my requested amount by my credit card company shortly after I presented my copies of the contact I'd had with Make Your Own Jeans.
