Do not go near BRANX. Unfixable after 2 years and only used about 50 times. My treadmill stopped working during Christmas 2013 (bought Jan 2011), I unfortunately took a couple of weeks to contact Branx. Message is they dont have any parts, dont sell it anymore and have offered me a reconditioned machine for approx £500. This is after they asked me to write them a favourable review to speed up getting an engineer to look at the machine. Stupidly I did this review for them on Amazon. After sending photos in they told me the model is no longer supported. The problem seems to be electrical, power light on, emergency button in correct place but no response from treadmill. Its been used for light running about 50 times. Impossible to speak with anyone on the phone. A disastrous buy.
If anyone knows of anything which could help fix or has had a similar experience.

Hi did you manage to get your treadmill working. I only ask because the exact same fault has happened to mine. Mine is a bit older 3.5 years but for £700 I'd have expected more life out of it especially as it wasn't used much.....maybe twice a week in the winter and I'd be lucky if I used it even once a week though the summer. I tried contacting the company as there is a lifetime motor warranty so I thought they'd send someone to check it wasn't that before discounting me completely but they told me if wasn't likely to be the motor so my only option is to pay £90 for an engineer to some then if it's the main control board that needs replaced that would be another £200 plus cost of fitting. I'll never buy this make again I'll go with a known brand. You expect a treadmill that's RRP according to the Amazon original price was £995 to last longer than 3.5 years especially when used minimally. I know friends who use theirs three times a week and have had them ten years. Don't go near branx fitness folks.
