My partner and I got 2 separate cards. Although set up for use, for the entire 2 week holiday my card was 'locked' & I could not access my money. My partner's card worked once and then could not be used. The contact number for help was never answered and despite emailing customer services on 13 May, I have only just received a response email. I continue to wait for my money to be refunded.
